May take son to Duke game, his first trip to the Burg. 2 questions

It’s been a VERY long time since I’ve seen a home game and anxious to get back. A few questions:

1- What seats in Lane give you access to the indoor club? Have some specific medical needs where might want access to the indoor area. I’ve seen on the major ticket sites things like “outdoor club” and “zone club”. Not sure what this means exactly.

2- Any tips on finding a hotel close by? I know these typically sell out in advance but figured I would ask.
